Matapeake Beach on Kent Island, MD is usually packed with people on a great weather day. I managed to spend an early afternoon in May right at the northern end of the beach with nobody in front of my scene. How delightful! The beach was clean and bright, and the waves were rolling in gently on the beachfront. This is the way beaches were meant to be - all for me. ;)
